He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moncrief and Ruth Moncrief. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Moncrief; his stepchildren, Paula Lamontagne, Barry Lamontagne and Richard Lamontagne (Lisa); and his brothers, Ronald Moncrief (Jean) and Leonard Moncrief (Lori).
