She was predeceased by: her son Darcy; her parents, Ralph Shier and Jeanne Shier; and her siblings, Carole Stefura, Bernie Shier and Ken Shier.
She is survived by: her husband Kelvin; her sons, Terry (Tara) and Greg (Tamara); her grandchildren, Braden (Sage), Bailey, Meghan (Dawson), Ericka (Cody), Kaiden and Grayson; her siblings, Paul Shier, Pat Shier and Jackie Boettcher (John); and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Shier, Marlene Shier and Carla Morrow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
