Gwendolyn Haaland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2020, at the age of 88, Gwendolyn Haaland (Oxbow, Saskatchewan), born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Les; her parents, Harold Petch and Bernice Petch; her siblings, Jack Petch (Keroline) and Margaret Jackson (Allan); her parents-in-law, Harry, Minnie Haaland, Aileen Matthie (Neil), Eunice McClaren (Robert) and Grace Waldner (Jim); her son-in-law Orvin Black; and her great-nephew Shaun Guillemin.
She is survived by: her children, Doug (Laurie) of Kenosee Lake, Kathy Blackstock (Scott) of Estevan and Tami Scott (Ian) of Oxbow; her grandchildren, Lyndsay (Kody), Erin Haaland (Colten), Brett Blackstock (Krista), Kalah Blackstock (Brendan), Jessie Blackstock (Dusty), Ali Scott and Mason Scott; her great grandchild Ethan Devine; and her brother-in-law Harold Haaland (Doreen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a private family service is planned for Saturday, September 5, 2020.
Donations may be made in Gwen's name to Galloway Health Centre Trust (Equipment Fund) or the Bow Valley Villa, both located in Oxbow, Saskatchewan.
