It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Marianne Erick of Oxbow, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Erick; her daughters, Celestine and Marianne; her grandson Blake Betts; her siblings, Hank Janke, Mable Olson (Ivan) and Emma Ward (Dave); and her nephew Twaine Janke.
She is survived by: her son Rick (Carrie) of Oxbow; her grandchildren, Nathan (Emily), Riley (Nikki) and Tyson; her son Tim (Susan) of Taber, AB.; her grandchildren, Jordon (Angela), Robin (Chris) and Matthew; her son Tony (Lori) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Ashley (Tim), Matana (Nathan), Austin (Kierra) and Cason; her daughter Ann Betts (Bob) of Lake Metigoshe; her grandchildren, Justin, Kyle (Melissa) and Kelsey; her great grandchildren, Jack, Alyssa, Ryan, Kaydence, Kenzie, Laiklyn, Mila, Brooke, Lainey, Destiny, Teagan, Rylan, Lachlan and Jaxon; her brothers, William Janke (Lorraine) and Edwin Janke (Liz) of Nova Scotia; and her sister-in-law Grace Janke of Oxbow.
