He is survived by: his mother Stella Lewis; his siblings, Leanne Lodoen (Phillip Medeiros), Corwin Lewis, Eileen Lewis, Laurie Lewis (Rosanne), Greg Lewis, Carol Lewis, Corrine Lewis, Barry Lewis and Harold Lewis; and his aunts and uncles, Nellie Lewis, Dora Cardinal, Matilda Lewis, Gordon Lewis, Leonard Fox, Mervin Smith, Gilbert Smith and Henry Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
