He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Whitstone and Edith Whitstone; his children, Jonathan, Jay Edmans of Vancouver and Joanne Favel (Greg); his grandchildren, Jelani, Jorell, Emerson, Jayce, Shaylene, Drayton, Jenelle, Jo, Kennedy and Gracie; his siblings, Betty Cardinal, Florence Wapass and Floyd Whitstone (Ernestine); his wife Norma Chief; his grandson Harlen Whitstone; his siblings, Beatrice Whitstone, Harry Whitstone, Helen Cross, Clara Lewis, Theresa Cross, Mike Muskego and Kenny Moose; and his grandparents, William, Madeline Meesto, Christopher Meesto, Peter Meesto, Peter Muskego, Mervin Meesto and Sylvia Beardy.
