He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Waskewitch; his close friend Mildred Montana; his children, Audrey and Arnold Percy; his parents, Pete Waskewitch and Madeline Waskewitch; his grandparents, Sam, Nancy Waskewitch, Paul and Mary Lameman (Whitstone); his siblings, Sam Waskewitch, Jim Waskewitch, Christina Dillon, Jean Watchmaker and Dorothy Cardinal; his nephews, Clifford Dillon, Nelson Dillon and Anderson Watchmaker; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Waskewitch and Charles Dillon.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sarah; his children, Joseph Waskewitch (Sarah), Jason Cardinal, Elizabeth Waskewitch (Glen), Suzette Waskewitch (Dale), Sophia Harper, Angela Littlewolfe, Roxanne Montana and Larissa Cook; his adoptive son Henry Montana; and his siblings, Joe Waskewitch Sr., Lydia Harper (Willard), Shirley Waskewitch, Lillian John (Charlie) and Elaine Fox. He is also survived by his 28 grandchildren; his 22 great grandchildren; his numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
