She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Cook and Violet Cook; her husband Thomas Belly; her brothers, Allen, Lawrence, Roddy and Johnny; her son Willis; and her grandchildren, Baby, Cooke Brian Opissinow and Janice Cooke.
She is survived by: her sister Jean Wolfe; her daughters, Evelyn, Marlene (Harry), Velma (Bennett), Anna (Lyle) and Gladys (Jason); her adoptive children, Al Whitstone, Grant Whitstone, Garnet Belly, Gerald Belly, Alvina Poitras and Theresa Wolfe; her stepdaughters, Gail, Karen, Priscilla, Marcella, April and Bernadette; and her siblings, Madeline, Doris, Wendy (Kenny), Alice, Leona, Wilson, Burton and Glen. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 28 great children and 1 great great grandchild.
