He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Jason Chell (Rhonda Lewis), Beverly Singer, Carlos Singer (Crystal Dillon), Kenny Singer, Angelle Chell and Gerald "Gerry" Chell (Darla Laliberte); his siblings, Henry Cantell, Marilyn Morris (Wayne), Garnet Belly (Doris), Verna Belly, Elphy Mitsuing (Nicole Oullette), Carmella Belly (Rick) and Eldrid Belly (Vicky Thunderchild); and his aunts, Lillian Whitstone, Theresa Paskimin, Bernadette Fineday and Isabelle Weenie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
