He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Naistus and Rema Naistus; his brothers, Herman Naistus and James Naistus; his grandparents, Joseph Naistus, Mary Quinney, Jimmy Chief and Amy Chief; his niece Jarita Naistus; and his granddaughter Brandi Naistus.

He is survived by: his brothers, Gordon Naistus (Adriene), Martin Naistus (Bernice) and Erwin Naistus. He is also survived by friends greatly, especially his nieces, nephews.
