He was predeceased by: his mother Flora Lewis; and his grandparents, Charlie, Mary Cecila Quinney, Alex and Mary Lewis.
He is survived by: his father Joseph Duncan Quinney; his wife Lucinda Lewis; his children, Kendall Chief, Randall Chief, Dwayne Lewis Jr., Natashya Ironchild (Donny), Darwin Atcheynum (Crystal) and Natalie Lunty (Ken); his grandchildren, Kaybree Chief, Nytaliell Chief, Jazaria Littlewolfe, Quincey Chief, Keastin Chief and Kihew Singer; his siblings, Clifford Lewis (Lora), Roger Lewis (Muriel), Cameron Lewis (Lois), Marilyn Lewis, Eugene Lewis (Joanne), Vernon Lewis (Colleen), Dean Lewis (Lori), Frank Harper, Chris Meesto and Delores Chief; and the mother of his children Geraldine Chief.
