He was predeceased by: his father Dale Corbin; his grandparents, Letitia Lewis and Lawrence Lewis; his great-grandparent Morris Lewis; his aunt Mary Jane Lewis; his uncles, Roger Lewis, Wilfred Awasis, Clinton Lewis and Ronnie Lewis; his cousin Sharon Grace Lewis (Carey Lewis); and his nephew Jesse Reil Lewis.

He is survived by: his mother Alma; his brother Shawn Lewis; his aunts, Stella Awasis (Donny), Doreen Lewis and Gloria Lewis (Barry); and his uncle Clifford Morris Lewis.
