It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Cardinal (Onion Lake, Saskatchewan), who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Whitstone and Edith Whitstone; her husband Raymond Cardinal; her sons, Arnold Emile Whitstone and Kelly Whitstone; her siblings, Kenneth Whitstone, Beatrice Whitstone, Harry Whitstone, Helen Cross, Clara Lewis, Mike Muskego and Theresa Cross; her aunts and uncles, Eliza Muskego, Helen Meesto Belly, Maria Lewis, Eva Houle, Charlie Muskego (May Muskego) and Samuel Muskego; and her brother-in-law Andrew Wapass.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, James, Chantelle Jimmy, Janet, Janice Sandfly, Arnold Jr., Andre and Austin Whitstone; her siblings, Florence Whitstone-Wapass and Floyd Whitstone (Ernestine); and also, Taylor, Keiryn and Dylan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
