She was predeceased by: her former husband Jean Baptiste Giasson; her parents, Alphonse Dupuis and Latitia Dupuis; and her siblings, George Desmarais (Alida), Marianne Desmarais, Delina Desmarais, Antoine Desmarais (Thérèse), Yvonne Forest (Robert), Joe Dupuis (Claire), Armand Dupuis (Gabrielle), Lucien Dupuis (Cecile), Emma Hamel (Lucien), Hildege Dupuis (Laurette), Antoine Giasson, Joe Giasson (Cecile), Gerard Giasson (Marianne) and François Giasson (Ernestine).
She is survived by: her husband John; her great grandchildren, Jeanine Grosjean (Raymond), Leo (Amy), Carter, Cole, Marc (Amanda), Reid, Anika, Tony Giasson (Myrle), Kristopher, Charles Giasson (Val), Rachelle Posein (Darcy), Evan, Neil Hillier (Andrea), Felicity, Kolt, Cameron Hillier, Henri Giasson (Jurine), Darrell (Ivy), Zowi, Zaria, Zadion, Zalika, Rosemarie Desrosiers, Nicole and Hannah; her brother-in-law Roméo Robichaud; and also, Alain (Shannon), Coen, Kyler, Daniel (AnnMarie), Chase, Parker, Quinn, Micheal (Stephanie), Hazel, Curtis, Paul and Samantha.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
