He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Turner and Anne Turner; his brother Rick Turner; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Turner and Dave Sabraw; and his grandparents, William, Emelia Saltmer, George and Eva Turner.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Denise Baker (Ronald), Britney, Courtney, Mark Turner (Angie) and Teagan; his sister Shirley Leibel (Larry); his children, Darren and Darcy; his sister Gail Rousseau (Gilbert); his children, Kory, Rene, Elaine, Christine and Chelsie; his brother Les; his children, Tracy, Linda and Valerie; his brother Gary (Orla); his child Dallas; and also Trish Wallin (Numerous). He is also survived by Numerous Uncles, Aunties, Grand nieces, and nephews.
