He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys and Mel. He is survived by: his brothers, Les and Gary; his sister-in-law Audrey; his nephews, Thomas and Jack; and his caregivers, Rod English, Amanda Glessing, Jason Bossaer and Elaine Kostiuk.
