It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason Laliberte of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 24, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Laliberte and Mabel Ouellette; his brothers, Clement, Fraser Laliberte, Bones, Beans and Napolean; and his nephew Boy Laliberte.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his pets, Mitzi, Bella and Fatsy; his son Jamie Gamble; his grandchildren, Chanelle Gamble and Jamie Gamble Jr.; his stepchildren, Chelsea Roberts and Kenneth Roberts; his uncles, Frank (Jeannie) and Steve Laliberte; his siblings, Debra Laliberte, Cynthia Laliberte (Gregory Tootoosis), Laverne Laliberte, Clayton Ouellette, Chester Ouellette and Nicole Ouellette (Tyson Carrier); his stepfather Louis Ouellette; his parents-in-law, Annie McLeod and John T. McLeod; and his siblings-in-law, John John, Rodney, Joey, Thomas McLeod, Lydia McLeod and Mary McLeod Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Battleford Legion Br. 9.
