He was predeceased by: his former wife Eva-Mae; his parents, Abe Wouters and Velma Wouters; his parents-in-law, Wilfred and Eva Kempthorne; his sisters-in-law, Susan Moreside, Sandra Wouters and Valerie Wouters; his nephews, Barry Wouters and Jordan Wouters; his brothers-in-law, Ambrose Churko, Victor Churko and Morris Churko; and his nephews, Kelly Churko and Boh Sabourin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Churko; his son Brad (Marianne); his grandchildren, Matviy, Norah and Elliot; his son Scott (Janice); his grandchildren, Ally and Chase; his daughter Tonya Lehman (Corby); his grandchildren, Sierah (Tyson Tuck), Marcus and Kade; his brothers, Marvin Wouters (Gail), Garry Wouters (Carolyn Naylor) and Wayne (Aparna Kurl); and his siblings-in-law, Gordon Kempthorne (Dorothy), Kal Moreside (Carla), Delphine (Tim Arnason), Loraine (Dennis Forster), Roman (Melanie), David (Kathy), Mark (Valerie), Ted (Susan) and Reg (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
