He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Mullett; his children, Joline Houk (Donald), Trevor Blanchette (Lauren) and Dawn Blanchette (Sean); his stepsons, Bryon and Arley Mullett; his grandchildren, Decklin, Nash, Mackenzie, Maddux, Kelsie, Taylor, Spencer, Nicholas, Dominic and Leeland; and his great grandchild Daisy Holman.
