He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Forest; his sister Kimberly Delainey; and his grandparents, Albert Friebel and Phyllis Friebel. He is survived by: his wife Lori Pateman; his daughter Chloe; his mother Esther (Edward); his siblings, Spud (Christel), Clayton (Leanne) and Beverly (Chris); his sister-in-law Melissa; his parents-in-law, John and Agatha; his nieces and nephews, Callie, Makayla, Logan, Aspen, Daygen and Blake; his children, Philip John Delainey and Aubrey Allison Delainey; his brother Boy; and his nieces, Keisha and Brooklynn. He is also survived by his grandparents' farm, spending time with siblings and cousins.
