He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maryanne Katcheech, Edna Whitecap and Oliver Parenteau; his sisters, Patricia Katcheech and Shelly Katcheech; and his aunts and uncles, Diane Gardypie, Emerald Frenchman, Chasity Meechance, Eric Katcheech and Isadore Johnston.
He is survived by: his parents, Eleanor Katcheech and Adolphus Whitecap; his adoptive son Jaycee Meechance; his grandfather Isadore; his siblings, Tipesikaw Katcheech, Conway Katcheech, Ronald Gardypie, Ryan Gardypie, Ray Gardypie Sr., Tanya Katcheech, Sharon Katcheech, Natasha Katcheech, Holly Whitecap, Roxanne Gardypie and Lindsey Gardypie; and his aunts and uncles, Eugene Johnston, Jewel Frenchman, Denise Katcheech, Mavis Pampu, Linda Brown, Rosalie Frenchman, Cherish Frenchman, Heather Meechance and Crystal Meechance. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
