He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Dishko and Joan Dishko. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his sons, Aaron (Dawn) and Kevin; his grandson Hunter; and his siblings, Elaine, Kathy (Frank), Betty (William), Teri (Terry) and Andrew (Nadine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dave's honour to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan or to Battlefords Union Hospital, Palliative care.
