She is survived by: her siblings, Regina Bentley and Joseph Phelps; her nephews, Che Silva, Blaine Bentley (Stephanie) and Erik Bentley; her niece Madison Phelps; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody Bentley, Liam Bentley, Jacob Bentley, Fynn Bentley, Tabitha Bentley and Natalie DeStrake.

The family suggests, if desired, a donation can be made to the University of Alberta - Alberta Transplant Institute (ATI) in Carol's memory.
