He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGown and Mary McGown. He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Lori Wolowski (Kent), Gary McGown and Russell Paul (Crystal); his stepchildren, Jason Wirth (Nicole), Julie King (Rick), Jaryd Wirth (Danielle), Patsy Whitehead (Dennis Johnson) and Bev Ouimet (Adolphus Whitefish); his siblings, Larry McGown (Joanne), Marilyn McGown and Kenny McGown; and his nephew Alvin Loewen.
