She was predeceased by: her husband Earl; her parents, Bill Wantje and Gertrude Wantje; her stepmother Anna Wantje; her sister Eleanor Mattes; her siblings-in-law, Jack Mattes, Leah Wantje, Mervin, Martha Van Nortwick and Jack Glass; and her great grandchild Callie Ferguson.

She is survived by: her sons, Ron and Norm (Jackie); her grandchildren, Tyler (Linda), Riley (Mandy), Ferryn (Brian) and Brody (Cheanise); her daughter Charlene (Lionel); her grandchildren, Meagan (Stephen) and Madison (Tyson); and her siblings, Hans (Blanche, family: Mattes) and Rosemarie Byers (Ken). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
