It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Prokopchuk of Norquay, Saskatchewan, born in Canora, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Prokopchuk and Anna Prokopchuk; his father-in-law Gerald Abrahamson; and his brother-in-law Charlie Bagshaw. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Abrahamson; his children, Riley (Tricia), Jodi (Justin), Murray (Courtney) and Mitchel (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Raya, Ivy, Vera, Reid and Myles; his siblings, Diane Shelenko (Jerry), Irene Griffith (Hal), Steven and Gary; his mother-in-law Shirley Abrahamson; and his in-laws, Beth, Don, Dawna, Ken, Theresa, Paul, Sue, Wes, Sandi, Leroy, Audrey, Brad, Cecil, Jeab, Neil and Tess. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
