He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Johnson and Emma Johnson (Lindgren); his wife Joyce Johnson of Pelly, SK; his sons, Edward and Brian; his parents-in-law, Frank and Beatrice Smith; his siblings, Ivan (Virginia) and Ilene Dunlop (Murray); his brother-in-law Richard Liebrecht; his parents-in-law, Bob, Diane Smith, Reg Smith (Margaret), May, Einar Anderson, Edna and Bill Linderholm; and also Erling Raabel.
He is survived by: his son David (Colleen); his grandsons, Andy (Jaime), Tim (Melissa) and Dan (Twyla); his great grandchildren, Emma (Job), Salem, Hanan, Micah, Kobe, Summer, Rowyn and Jacob; and his sister Margaret Smith (Art). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Norquay Covenant Church, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Reuben Johnson.
