It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Derkach of Norquay, Saskatchewan, born in Canora, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred and Sophia; her husband Mervin Derkach; and her brother Wesley. She is survived by: her children, Tim Derkach (Renia) and Tammy Derkach; her grandchildren, Tyson, Rhea (Blake), Richele (Riley), Terri (Brayden) and Trudy; her great grandchildren, Carmen, Carly, Theo and Bryson; her sister Rose Holinaty (Carl); and her sister-in-law Kim Naclia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
