He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Williams and Joan Williams; his close friend Betty Hanes; his family Robert Cardinal (Angela); his sons, Regan and Colton Teresa Cardinal; his grandsons, Shane, Logan and Robert Albert Cardinal (Sandra); his children, Caydin, Tristan, Kiera Rod Cardinal (Meghan) and Bronson Kieth Cardinal (Jodi); his grandchildren, Ty, Jaydn and Sister Diane Lahaie (Albert); and his brother Blaine Williams (Danna). He was also cherished by her 2 children and her 3 grandchildren.
