He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Perry and May Perry (Worsley). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hamelin (Betty) of Zenon Park; his daughter Janice Evans (Neal) of White Fox; his granddaughters, Jodie Keough (Darren) of Lloydminster and Shawna Reynolds (Ryan) of Vegreville, Alberta; and his great grandchildren, Kole Bohnen, Cierra Keough, Carter Reynolds and Jack Reynolds.
