Minnie Deutsch Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Minnie Deutsch (Nipawin, Saskatchewan), born in Nokomis, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Albert Deutsch; and her children, Heather, Maureen (Bob), Blair and Curtis (Brenda). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We would like to thank the staff, and in particular the recreation department, of the Pineview Lodge for being so responsive and innovative in the uncharted territory that we all face with Covid.

She spent years on the boards of the North Eastern Health District, Pineview Lodge and the Nipawin Regional Health Foundation. She was a strong advocate for the Foundation and was on the organizing committee of the annual Panhandler golf tournament for many years.
