She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alice Parkinson and Wilbert Parkinson; her husband Richard Welsh; her son Matthew; her grandchild Dallas; her son Dallas; her grandsons, Joaquin and Carmine; and her siblings, Pat, Howard, David, Mike, Susan and Betty.
Mary was born in Nipawin, SK on July 22, 1952 to Alice and Wilbert Parkinson.
