He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Crosby; his parents, Nellie Fedyk and Joe Fedyk; and his siblings, Sherry Demetrioff and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughter Melonie Kamarznuk (Ken) of Moose Jaw, SK; his granddaughter Kelsey Craig (Tanner) of North Battleford, SK; his great grandchild Carly of Moose Jaw, SK; and his sisters, Diane Antonovitch (Dennis) of Assiniboia, SK and Shelley Fedyk of Calgary, AB. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
