She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Godwin. She is survived by: her extended family Was; her uncles, Ross, Bill and That; her children, Miriam Everett (Tom) and Terry; her grandchildren, Thomas, Stacy, Madison and Ally; and her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Shaun, Carol, Duke, Katera and Ian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Moosomin & District Healthcare Foundation for the Moosomin Long Term Care Recreation Department in memory of Ruth.
