He was predeceased by: his son Lorne (Deb); his parents, William Baily and Clara Baily; his sons, Dale and Doyle; his siblings, Hazel (George) and Edward; and his brother-in-law Owen Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Baily (Cowan); his sisters, Edith Gordon (Gloria), Evelyn Marshall and Elaine Elder (Steve); and his sister-in-law Nora Baily. He is also survived by his 5 children & spouses, 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
