It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olive Catherine Nant (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan), born in Estevan, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Edward Hanson and Salina Ann Hanson; her husband John Earl Nant; her daughter Carol Ann Smith (Fred); and her sisters, Margaret Whitmore and Lois Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Edward Earl Nant (Ilona) of Moose Jaw; and her grandchildren, Shannon Drake (Mel), Shawn Nant, Trevor Smith (Leanne) and Julie Nykiforuk (Dave). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter; along with several nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to Hunger in Moose Jaw and the Moose Jaw Humane Society.
