The memory of Maria Estelle Wilvers (Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan), who passed away on December 5, 2024 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pierrard and Maria Petit; her husband Marcel Wilvers; her daughters, Karen Wilvers-Courtney and Patty Wilvers; and her grandson Eric Erickson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jocelyne (Leo Moe), Brenda (Darryl Grevna), Cindy Campbell and Nicole (Bret Rowlinson); her grandchildren, Doug Grevna, Travis Moe, Jared Moe (Martha), Janelle Boksteyn (Derik), Jenna Daher (Mike), Chris Campbell, Kaitlyn Grevna (Austin), Emma Rowlinson and Morgan Rowlinson; and her great grandchildren, Ava and Isla Daher.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the W. J. Jones and Son Funeral Home Reception Hall (474 Hochelaga St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H2G9).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Maria are graciously accepted at the Friends of the Moose Jaw Public Library, 461 Langdon Crescent, Moose Jaw, S6H 0X6.
