She was predeceased by: her brother Vic Larsen; her parents, Laurits Larsen and Violet Larsen; her siblings, Ellen (Art Esmond), Rose (Elmer Sjodin), Archie (Vicki McCreary), Freda, Beatrice (Vic Mayer) and Alice (Gordon Magowan); her niece Sharon Radigh-Kobialko; her nephews, Ron, Don, Wayne Esmond and Bruce Mayer; and her great-nephews, Colin and Keith Langton.
She is survived by: her niece Trudy.
Josephine loved all animals – cats, dogs, horses – in lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to The Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658 Station Main, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 7K7.
