He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Jenny Allan; his brothers, Arthur and George; and his parents, Cenek Sitavanc and Lydia Sitavanc.
He is survived by: his sister Edna Olson; his children, Brad Sitavanc (Michelle) and Roberta Bellerose (Gord Petruk); and his son-in-law Kevin Allan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joseph's name be made to Heartland Hospice Moose Jaw Inc. or the Regina Cancer Patient Lodge.
