Edward Wilfred Keen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Wilfred Keen in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Keen and Philipina Keen; the mother of his children Sheila Keen; his former wife Elsie Guild; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Keen and Sherry Keen.
He is survived by: his son Kerry Keen (Elaine Raivio) of Calgary, AB; his grandson Jake Vandermeer (Jacqui); his great grandchildren, Camilla and Leo of Kelowna, BC; his daughter Leanne Schutte (Greg) of Moose Jaw; his grandchild Chris Keen of Nicaragua; his great grandchild Zack Keen; his granddaughter Megan Mellquist of Regina, SK; his great grandchild Capri; his grandchildren, Vaughan Mellquist of Calgary, AB., Zach, Ashlyn Schutte, Alex and Nicole Raivio; his wife Maxine Pomedli of Moose Jaw; his stepchildren, Douglas, Susan and David; his siblings, Kay Karpick (Lou) of Lethbridge, AB, Joe Keen (Carol) of Claresholm, AB and Mike Keen (Linda) of Moose Jaw; and also Sarah Howe of Moose Jaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moose Jaw Funeral Home (268 Mulberry Ln, Moose Jaw, SK S6J 1N4). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the same location.
