She is survived by: her mother Sheila Eisen; her son Brian Cook (Angie); her grandson Brian Jr.; her daughter Rhonda Brodin; her grandchildren, Tyler Boon, Michael Draeger and Shannon Draeger; her daughter Leslie-Ann Anning (Steve Burton); her grandchildren, Jackson Clark and Kale Jensen; and her siblings, Merna Prevost (Roger) and Doug Eisen (late Judy Eisen).
