He was predeceased by: his husband Joe. He is survived by: his parents, Barry Mackenzie and Brenda Mackenzie; his brother Brad Mackenzie (Laura); and his boyfriend Doug Mackenzie. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and nephews.
