He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Skappel and Margaret Skappel; his sister Elva; his nephew Jeffrey Skappel; his brother Arthur Skappel; his sister-in-law Hilda Skappel; and his sister Annette Larson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Skappel of Minton, SK and Norma Skappel of Regina, SK; his brother-in-law Don Larson of Choiceland, SK; and his nieces and nephews, Werner Skappel (Becky De Yaegher), Andrew Skappel, Ashlee Skappel (Terry Deboice), Melinda Larson, Carol Larson, Craig Larson (Brenda) and Wade Larson (Naomi). He is also survived by many great nieces & nephews, great great nieces & nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
