He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edith Tait (Walter), Elsie Jacques (Peter), Maxine Walters (Harold) and Lunette Saunderson; his niece Paula Grolle; his daughter-in-law Janice Fefchak; and his parents, Andrew Sjostrand and Christina Sjostrand.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene; and his children, Lance, Marla McCormick (Sandy), Kerstin Mutrie (Darryl), Skyler, Bosttin, Bryer, K. C. (Kazia), Kendall, Laird (Janice), Codi, Cole, Kassidy, Mardelle Neuberger (Todd), Jens, Tucker, Hudson, Ivan Saunderson, Suzanne Sjostrand, Sharron Emde, Blaine Ward (Melanie), Lois Erick and Verla Baillie (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
