He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and his parents, William Taylor and Ellen Taylor. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Burgess (Robert) and George Palen (Anne); his sister-in-law Roberta Palen; and his nieces and nephews, Connie (Stewart), Bonnie (Richard), Dan (Keri), Derek (Tracie), Randy (Andrea), Neal (Jaclyn), Christa (Lonnie), Megan, Craig (Domini) and Leah.
