He was predeceased by: his father Michael; his sister Eileen Warner; and his brother-in-law Allan Warner. He is survived by: his mother Clara; his sons, Wade (Heather) and Kurt (Melissa); his grandchildren, Deklan Kohlenberg, Chaise, Destin and Lena Kohlenberg; and his daughter Marlene Kohlenberg. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family members and friends.
