He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazimer Churko and Pauline Churko (Widaiko) of Melville, SK; and his brothers, Ambrose and Victor. He is survived by: his siblings, Roman (Melanie Sabourin), David (Kathy Diacon), Mark (Valerie Protz), Ted (Susan Herde), Reg (Joanne Exner), Mary Ann (Glenn Wouters) and Delphine Arnason (Tim); and his sister-in-law Loraine (Merkosky) Churko (Dennis Forster). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
