She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J Winichuk and Joyce Winichuk Kosa (Mullen) of Peter's Hospital; her stepfather Albert Kosa; and her brother Lewis Winichuk (Butch). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Pegg (Joe) of Okotoks, AB and Wayne; her sister-in-law Debbie Winichuk (Christopher) of Edmonton, AB.; and her close friend Betty Meeko.
Memorials in memory of Maxine may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Home or a Charity of one's Choice as gifts of remembrance.
