She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Nelson and Rose Nelson; her siblings, Frieda Manns (Tom), Violet Doucette (Albert) and Jack Nelson (Nellie); and her parents-in-law, Annie Westman (Howard), Marge Butterfield (Art) and Gordon Nohlgren.

She is survived by: her husband Allan Nohlgren; her children, Sharon Jauck (Darcy), Wayne Nohlgren (Chris), Heather Kohlenberg (Brian) and Dennis Nohlgren (Cory); and her sister-in-law Lorna Nohlgren. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Frances may be made to Diabetes Canada.
