It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emil Happy of Melville, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Happy and Anne Happy (Duchminski); his brothers, Orest, James and Edward Happy; his son Donald Happy; and his grandson Michael Happy.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Happy, Allan Happy (Deb), Gene Happy (Holly Franklin) of Viking, AB, Linda Wahl (Shannon), Regina and Wayne Happy (Lorlei Urban); his daughter-in-law Marie Happy (Good Spirit); his grandchildren, Stephen Happy (Naomi), Cristal Ockochinski (Ed), Tiffany Hanson (Dustin), Alicia Smith (Chris), Meagan Yagelniski (Tyler Nagy), Justin Ritchey, Cole, Kadence, Haylee, Billie Happy, Rhylynn, Rhyler Wahl, Chance, Trinity and Treyse Happy; his great grandchildren, Alex, Lily Happy and Nash Metz; his grandchildren, Leland, Emma Ockochinski, Madison, Hunter Hanson, Lane Smith, Scarlet Karcha and Ellie Nagy; his sister-in-law Sharon Happy (Hudson Bay); and his wife Rose Kwasny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
